In this digital age that is rapidly moving towards completely paperless working, Gilde Software is adding a nice new functionality to the Gilde system: Digital Signing. No more hassle with printing, signing, scanning and returning contracts and other agreements.
Users of the Gilde system – business software for SMEs – can now send their documents for digital signature with just a few clicks of a button. The signature can be made with a mouse movement, and it is just as valid as a ‘wet ink’ signature. Signing and returning now takes less than a minute.

For a one-time only €90,- you will receive 100 credits**. That means you can send 100 documents for digital signature. With co-signing, where a second signature is required, two signatures on 1 document count as 1 credit. Each additional signature required on the same document costs 0.5 credit extra. And have you run out of credits, but do you still want to use digital signing? Then you will receive a suitable proposal for a subscription from our partner Evidos.
* Minimum system requirements of the Gilde system: you are operating on version 3.32 sp2l0 or 4.40 sp0l1 ‘current’. If your software is not completely current, an upgrade may be necessary.
** The credits remain valid for one year. In addition to the costs for the credits, you must take into account 2 to 3 hours of support from a Gilde Software consultant for realizing and setting up the link with Evidos.
