Through the link with Ondertekenen.nl, contracts that have been compiled in Perfectview can be sent directly to the customer. The functionality of legally valid digital signing is a nice addition to the software.
In Perfectview you compose a contract for your customer and prepare it for sending. The prepared contracts are automatically sent to the customer via the E-Line API platform CAVA (via het platform van ondertekenen.nl). In Perfectview, the status is then automatically set to sent. If the relevant contract has been approved and signed, a transaction doc and the signed contract are then stored in Perfectview with the relevant customer. The status “sent” is automatically changed to current (contract). And if the customer forgets to sign the contract, a reminder is automatically sent after a set time.
In this way, the administrative burden of sending, monitoring and managing contracts becomes a lot clearer!
