Terms and Conditions

These General Terms and Conditions apply to every offer, order and agreement under which Evidos supplies Clients with services, even if those services are not described in these terms and conditions. Any terms and conditions of Clients or other sector or general terms and conditions will not apply, unless expressly accepted in writing by Evidos.

Until September 1, 2020 we used the following general terms and conditions. These can still be viewed for reference purposes. New agreements are not concluded under these old conditions.

The Partner Terms and Conditions apply to every Partner Agreement of Evidos B.V. and form an integral part of every Partner Agreement between Evidos B.V. and the Partner.

The “service level description (basic)” describes the standard support that Evidos provides with regard to its digital identification and signing service. If the customer wants more certainty with regard to issues such as availability, response times, incident handling, support and audits, Evidos offers a separate Service Level Agreement (SLA). Evidos provides access to the SLA upon request.
